My tower is outdoors. I must say I'm very frustrated by the lack of support since I have purchased the tower, It takes days to get any response if any.
Hi denise070571, Can you provide a few photos of your TG w/ extension? If yes, please be sure one of them is a photo of the top-inside shower cap showing the nutrient flow when the pump is on.
