What is wrong with my peppers?

The plant has been growing just fine, vibrant, I have had to trim a few leaves that had brown spots or looked wilted, but overall - the health of the plant seemed to be just fine. I keep the pH in a healthy range consistently, my tower is indoors, using the Tower Garden grow light and 2 supplemented warm light bulbs, which I needed to get the peppers. Now that I have the peppers, they have always looked like this. I'm not sure if this is a sign of disease or what it is. These are lunch box peppers. I have regular bell pepper plants, with the same issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
